BPO.MP – PARTICIPATING IN THE EXHIBITION IN HA LONG

From November 16 to 19, 2023, the Hokkaido Festival took place in Ha Long City under the theme “Quang Ninh – Hokkaido: Culturally Rich Integration.”

BPO.MP participated in the event by showcasing its service booth in collaboration with SGS.

This festival was held to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan (September 21, 1973 – September 21, 2023). It also served as a meaningful opportunity to promote the rich cultural traditions of both regions and nations, enabling locals and visitors to experience the unique features of Vietnamese and Japanese cultures—especially those of Quang Ninh and Hokkaido provinces.

As part of the festival, a wide range of unique cultural activities were held, offering immersive experiences. However, the highlight throughout the entire event was the exhibition and commercial showcase, combined with the Vietnamese–Japanese culinary space. These activities took place at 30/10 Square and the Quang Ninh Planning, Fair, and Exhibition Palace, running from November 17 until the afternoon of November 19, 2023.

At this year’s 2023 festival, the exhibition and trade fair combined with the Vietnamese–Japanese culinary space featured approximately 100 booths from Hokkaido (Japan), Quang Ninh Province, and several invited cities and provinces across Vietnam. The booths showcased and sold signature products and culinary specialties from Hokkaido and Quang Ninh, while also displaying a wide range of equipment, machinery, and services from Japanese corporations. Additionally, the exhibition highlighted Quang Ninh’s key tourism and commercial offerings, presenting its potential for further development.
