BPO.MP TEAMBUILDING 2023 – CONNECTION CREATES STRENGTH

May 29, 2023 – A meaningful day of bonding and teamwork for all employees at BPO.MP.

Team building is a key activity to foster unity, collaboration, and team spirit among members of any organization. With the desire to bring joy and memorable experiences to its staff, BPO.MP – the first Vietnam–Japan joint venture BPO company specializing in Business Process Outsourcing services – organized an exciting teambuilding trip on May 29, 2023, at Mikazuki Indoor Water Park in Da Nang, the largest indoor water park in the city.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable trip, BPO.MP planned every detail in advance – from transportation and schedule to tickets and dining services in collaboration with Mikazuki Water Park.

At 1:00 PM, all employees gathered at the company headquarters and boarded the bus. The journey began with cheerful songs, fun games, and lots of laughter, creating a vibrant and friendly atmosphere on the way to the destination.

After about 20 minutes, the team arrived at Mikazuki Water Park, located within the Da Nang Mikazuki Japanese Resorts & Spa complex, overlooking one of Vietnam’s most beautiful beaches. The park features both indoor and outdoor zones, packed with exciting and unique attractions.

Upon arrival, the BPO.MPers took photos at the entrance and quickly immersed themselves in the indoor fun, enjoying Vietnam’s longest indoor water slide, the country’s only rainbow-effect slide, wave pools, lazy rivers, and more. These activities not only brought refreshment and excitement but also encouraged teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Beyond entertainment, Mikazuki Water Park offers a wonderful cultural experience for those who love Japanese traditions. BPO.MPers explored Japanese-style architecture, koi ponds, cherry blossom landscapes, and enjoyed authentic Japanese cuisine at the Matsuri food court and on-site restaurants.

One of the standout features of Mikazuki Water Park is Mikazuki Onsen, a Japanese-style indoor hot spring. This tranquil space offered BPO.MP employees a chance to fully unwind – both physically and mentally – after long working hours. Here, they enjoyed various mineral-rich baths imported directly from Japan, Himalayan salt saunas, and hydro-massage treatments. These therapeutic experiences helped cleanse the skin, detoxify the body, boost circulation, and enhance overall immunity.

After exploring the onsen and other facilities, the team returned to the large, crystal-clear pool area to continue enjoying water activities. Comfortable lounge chairs were available for relaxation and scenic viewing. Everyone had a great time sharing laughs and meaningful moments with their colleagues.

To wrap up a successful teambuilding day, BPO.MP treated its employees to a luxurious and delicious buffet dinner. The buffet featured a wide range of international and Japanese cuisine, including sushi, sashimi, tempura, yakitori, and more. The team also enjoyed premium Japanese sake and beer, turning the meal into a delightful culinary experience and a chance to connect on a personal level.

At 8:00 PM, the entire company boarded the bus back to the office. On the way home, team members shared their favorite memories, fun highlights, and heartfelt reflections from the trip.

This teambuilding day at Mikazuki Water Park was not only fun and relaxing but also a meaningful milestone for BPO.MP. It strengthened employee bonds, promoted teamwork, and reinforced the company’s values and vision:
