BPO.MP always prioritizes the health and well-being of its employees, especially as the Lunar New Year approaches—a culturally significant time in Vietnam. Instead of the usual annual health check-ups, this year BPO.MP has decided to offer dental care vouchers to all employees in celebration of the 2024 Lunar New Year. Each employee will receive a voucher worth VND 500,000, which can be used at one of the trusted and high-quality dental clinics selected by the company.
The purpose of offering dental care vouchers to employees is to encourage regular oral health check-ups, prevent and treat dental issues, and ultimately enhance quality of life and work productivity.
According to statistics, Vietnam ranks among the countries with the highest rates of oral diseases, with approximately 90% of the population suffering from at least one dental condition. Oral health problems not only affect overall well-being, but also have implications for aesthetics, mental health, communication, learning, and job performance.
BPO.MP hopes that this initiative will help raise awareness and foster better oral hygiene habits among employees. It is also a sincere gesture of appreciation from the company to its dedicated team.
