BPO.MP is Honored to Receive the Excellent Emulation Certificate from the People’s Committee and the Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs Association

On the afternoon of July 5th, the Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs Association held the 6th Executive Committee Meeting of the 7th term and reviewed the first six months of 2024.

At this event, the Da Nang City Emulation and Commendation Board awarded emulation flags and certificates of merit from the Chairman of the People’s Committee of Da Nang to six member businesses of the Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs Association for their outstanding achievements in 2023.

Accordingly, Phu My Phat Joint Stock Company and STPower Joint Stock Company were awarded the emulation flags by the Da Nang People’s Committee for their excellent performance and leading the emulation movement of the Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs Association in 2023.

Additionally, four companies: Green System Solutions Co., Ltd.; Sao Viet Tien Refrigeration and Electrical Engineering Joint Stock Company; BPO.MP Co., Ltd.; and Viet Huong Ceramic Construction Joint Stock Company were awarded certificates of merit from the Chairman of the Da Nang People’s Committee.

Mr. Le Tri Hai, Chairman of the Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs Association, stated that in the first six months of 2024, the Association organized many meaningful activities focused on business networking and enhancing the capabilities of its members.

Furthermore, the Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs Association effectively organized international trade connection programs, participated in policy dialogues, and conducted various sports, cultural, and community engagement activities to connect members with the broader community.

According to Mr. Le Tri Hai, the economic situation in Vietnam showed many positive signs in the first six months, with the government promptly issuing many supportive policies for businesses.

In Da Nang, economic growth has seen significant improvements. However, business operations still face many challenges, with an increase in the number of businesses requesting temporary suspension compared to the same period last year.

For members of the Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs Association, Mr. Le Tri Hai mentioned that businesses in the construction, tourism, and service sectors are recovering; some companies are expanding their investments in production and business, some have accessed loans with preferential interest rates, and consumer demand, though not yet high, shows signs of recovery. The Association has welcomed 55 new members.

However, many member businesses still face challenges, struggling to maintain operations to get through the difficult period. Finding orders remains limited, inventory levels are high, and there is a lack of capital.

According to the plan, the Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs Association will organize several major activities, especially to celebrate the 25th anniversary of its establishment and the 8th General Assembly.

Additionally, the Association will continue to organize activities to support members in trade connections; assist businesses in understanding procedures and processes related to online public bidding; and organize a series of activities to celebrate Vietnamese Entrepreneurs’ Day on October 13.
