BPO.MP Participates in the 2023 Job Fair at Dong A University Annual Job Fair 2023 Offers Over 2,500 Career Opportunities for Students

On May 25, BPO.MP Co., Ltd. proudly participated in the 2023 Annual Job Fair organized by Dong A University, joining more than 50 companies for job interviews and partnership agreements. The event aimed to provide career orientation and job opportunities for students preparing to graduate. With a highly skilled and dynamic young workforce, this Job Fair became a golden opportunity for companies across Da Nang to connect with future talent.

The event welcomed the participation of leaders from the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (DoLISA), the Young Entrepreneurs Association, the Hai Chau Business Association, the Vietnam Hotel Association, and many domestic and foreign-invested enterprises (FDIs) in Central Vietnam. Thousands of senior-year students attended and interviewed directly at the fair.

As the 15th annual event, the Dong A University Job Fair 2023 recorded over 3,000 student registrations and 2,511 job openings from 51 recruiting businesses – marking the largest scale in terms of participating companies and job offers compared to previous years.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Le Van Minh, Deputy Director of the Da Nang Department of Labor, remarked:
“Dong A University’s 2023 Job Fair successfully connects labor supply and demand between students and employers, aligning with the city’s ‘Employment for All’ program. This activity positively contributes to the labor market and helps local authorities solve employment challenges for students and workers.”

He also highlighted Dong A University’s international cooperation efforts:
“For years, Dong A University has formed partnerships with global universities and research institutes, especially businesses in Japan and South Korea, to provide internships and overseas employment for hundreds of students. These initiatives have significantly supported the university’s goal of internationalization, improved training quality, and created favorable conditions for students to access world-class education and career opportunities.”

With a wide variety of employer booths from different industries, the Job Fair offered students a practical platform to gain real-world exposure, enhance their skills, and bridge the gap between academic knowledge and workplace expectations.

During the event, BPO.MP had the opportunity to engage directly with Dong A University students – listening to their aspirations and career plans. Based on these insights, BPO.MP shared useful job guidance and offered suggestions tailored to the current labor market. We hope to empower students to set clearer goals and pursue meaningful careers after graduation.
