| Individual requirements: | |
| – Must be fluent in English and Native on target language/s, CEFR level “C1, C2.- Must be available to work at minimum 8 logged hours during the work hours between 20:00 to 5:00 AM Vietnam time, regarding 08:00 AM to 17:00 Central Standard Time zone (US), – Ability to professionally communicate with various diverse backgrounds and cultures. |

| Technical requirements: | |
| – Good computers with dual core, 2GHZ processor such as Intel Core i3 or higher – RAM memory with minimum 8 GB – USB Headsets are a MUST (Wireless headsets or earphones are not allowed) – Good internet connection with minimum speed of 4 MB for download and upload – Computer must work on Ethernet. Wireless internet is not allowed as clients’ system detect this – Computer must work with power adapter plugged in. Do not work using a battery. |
