📞 Job Description:
– Provide English-Vietnamese interpretation over the phone.
– Act as a bridge between clients and service providers.
– Main topics include: Healthcare, Insurance, and Economics.
– Work-from-home position (requires a quiet, private workspace).

✅ Requirements:
Language Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in English or related field.
– IELTS 7.0 or equivalent certification preferred.
– Prior experience in over-the-phone interpretation is a plus.
– Working hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday) – Weekends off.
– Strong communication and adaptability skills across various topics and professional settings.
Technical Requirements:
– Minimum CPU: Dual Core, 2GHz (e.g., Intel Core i3 or above).
– Minimum RAM: 8GB.
– Headset designed for call center use.
– Internet bandwidth: Minimum 4Mbps (download and upload).
– Wired Ethernet connection is mandatory – No Wi-Fi or wireless internet allowed during working hours.
– Desktop PC is preferred. If using a laptop, it must be plugged in continuously during work hours.
