– Train new staff for project onboarding.
– Manage project timelines and personnel.
– Improve project quality.
– Report and discuss project status with upper management.
– Receive general project training at the beginning.

– Careful, persistent, and quick to learn.
– At least 1 year of experience as a project manager or coordinator.
– Japanese language proficiency: N3 or above.
– Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
– Touch typing (10 fingers) is an advantage.
