– Provide English – Vietnamese interpretation via telephone
– Interpret for individual clients and businesses
– Main topics: Healthcare, Insurance, and Economy
– Work from home (must have a quiet, dedicated workspace)

👉👉👉 Job Requirements & Equipment:
🌼🌼 Job Requirements:
– English proficiency at university level or higher; IELTS 7.0 or equivalent certification is preferred
– Prior experience in telephone interpretation is a plus
– Working hours: 05:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Monday to Friday (weekends off)
– Excellent communication and adaptability across various industries and settings
🌼🌼 Equipment Requirements:
– Computer with a Dual Core, 2GHz processor or higher (e.g., Intel Core i3 or better)
– Minimum 8GB RAM
– Call center-grade headset
– Internet connection with at least 4MB upload/download speed
– Wired (Ethernet) internet connection only – Wi-Fi or wireless internet is not allowed during work
– Desktop computer is preferred; if using a laptop, it must remain plugged in throughout the shift
