Signing Ceremony of the Joint Venture Agreement between MP Group Joint Stock Company, Nishikawa Communications Joint Stock Company, and Sougou Shouken Joint Stock Company

On September 11, 2023, at the headquarters of MP Group Joint Stock Company (MPG), a signing ceremony was held to mark the joint venture agreement between MPG, Nishikawa Communications Joint Stock Company (Nishikawa), and Sougou Shouken Joint Stock Company (SGS).

The joint venture agreement was signed to formalize the terms of cooperation as well as the rights and obligations between MPG, Nishikawa, and SGS in the upcoming period. Accordingly, the parties will jointly develop projects, share experience and resources, and leverage each party’s strengths to create high-quality products and services that meet the needs of both domestic and international customers.

The signing ceremony was attended by representatives of all parties, along with leaders of member companies and participants from the MPG ecosystem.
