VNUK STUDENT DELEGATION VISITS BPO.MP FOR PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE

On November 24, 2022, BPO.MP Co., Ltd. was honored to welcome a student delegation from the Vietnam – UK Institute for Research and Executive Education (VNUK), University of Danang, for a company visit and to learn about its operations.

Leading the delegation was Ms. Nguyễn Bích Thủy – Lecturer from the Faculty of International Business Administration, accompanied by students majoring in Digital Business Administration, media team members, and staff from the Career Services and Business Relations Department.

Welcoming the delegation were Ms. Hà Thị Đan Phượng – CEO, and Mr. Trần Thành Kha – Head of Marketing & Sales at BPO.MP Co., Ltd.

The delegation toured various departments and listened to Mr. Trần Thành Kha introduce BPO.MP Co., Ltd., with a focus on the company’s professional and secure working processes. The information shared aimed to help students identify the differences between academic theory and real-world practice.

Following the tour, Ms. Hà Thị Đan Phượng and Mr. Trần Thành Kha further discussed job roles and highlighted some of the company’s key services.

In addition to constantly innovating and applying technological advancements to its operational processes in order to optimize BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services—such as document digitization, data entry and processing, DTP image editing, data labeling, accounting and financial processing, content writing, translation and interpretation, personnel introduction, etc.—BPO.MP always creates favorable conditions and warmly welcomes students to visit for practical learning experiences. These visits allow students to gain knowledge and get acquainted with the company’s professional working environment.

It is hoped that this visit has provided students majoring in Digital Business Administration with more insights into BPO.MP Co., Ltd., along with valuable knowledge, experience, and practical exposure related to digital transformation tasks, thereby supporting their studies and future career development.
