📌 Job Description:
– Gain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services
– Execute business development activities within assigned areas
– Implement communication plans to reach target customers and effectively engage potential leads
– Identify, approach, and introduce products to prospective clients
– Collaborate with Sales Manager to provide consultations and prepare quotations
– Draft contracts and monitor contract implementation progress
– Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections as per company policy
– Provide pre-sale and post-sale customer care to maintain long-term relationships
– Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
– Track product warranty for clients
– Submit regular reports to management
– Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor
– Meet sales targets set by the company
🎯 Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
– At least 01 year of experience in sales or business development
– Knowledge of IT products/services is a plus
– Strong prospecting and client acquisition skills; self-motivated and independent
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
– Passionate about sales, resilient, and eager to grow professionally
