Job Description:
- Manage a portfolio of clients assigned by the company
- Continuously update industry knowledge in computing and IT to better support client needs
- Act as a trusted advisor, partner, and digital transformation companion for clients
- Promote and expand sales of company-distributed products
- Collaborate with relevant departments to handle customer-related issues
- Oversee the entire sales process until delivery to the client’s warehouse
- Provide pre-sales, during-sales, and post-sales customer care
- Develop and expand professional networks to support sales efforts
Requirements:
- Passionate and committed to a long-term career in sales
- Proactive, independent, and confident in customer acquisition
- Strong skills in consulting, negotiation, and communication
- Comfortable with direct client interaction and business networking
- Eager to learn and grow professionally along with the company
- University degree in relevant fields (e.g., Business, IT, Marketing)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales; knowledge of Digital Transformation is a plus
